In order to bridge this gap and to create a better working relationship an Asian / Muslim Forum was organised. This forum was chaired by Zameer. The main purpose of this forum was to bring together communities and to help them over come their insecurities and prejudices to create a safer and harmonious environment by involving more people especially from the Asian / Muslim communities.

In August 2013 Zameer was appointed as the first co-chairman of Conservative Friends of Pakistan (CFoP). The CFoP is a pioneering endeavour championed by Zameer in an effort to deepen the bonds between Pakistani and British communities.
