We Lead - Women Leadership BootCamp

UBL's women enthusiastically participated in a boot camp specifically designed for professional women, titled "We Lead" led by Rubina Jamal, CEO of lnsolito Associates. Taking place in Jabri, KPK, it proved to be a remarkable transformational experience. This program was designed to cater to women leaders and promote diversity and inclusivity in the corporate sphere, serving as an inspiration for participants dedicated to achieving excellence in their careers and for personal transformation.

The four-day journey was aimed towards providing participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required for success in their professional journeys and empower them to become authentic change agents within their organizations, ultimately positioning them for higher leadership roles.

The event featured an impressive list of senior industry speakers who provided invaluable insights into their personal and professional development, leaving all participants inspired and motivated.
