UBL Digital Celebrates Milestone of 1 Million Digital Transacting Customers

UBL Digital achieved a remarkable feat by surpassing 1 million digital transacting customers, marking a pivotal milestone in their journey. The achievement was celebrated at the Head Office and attended by Mr. Muhammad Jawaid Iqbal, President & CEO, UBL in the presence of senior executives.

Mr Sharjeel Shahid, GE - Digital Banking delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of this achievement. This milestone represents a transformation in migrating customers to self-serve channels, providing enhanced convenience and autonomy and advancing the bank's commitment to digital innovation.

The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony. Certificates were awarded to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding efforts of key team members from the Contact Center and Branch Banking.
