Bestway at the heart of the community
2013 is a special year for us as we celebrate Sir Anwar’s 50 years in the business. These years have not just been about commercial success but also about making a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.
Inspired by Sir Anwar, Bestway Group has donated in excess of £13.5 million in the UK and over US$ 9 million in Pakistan to charitable causes.
To commemorate this special event, we have published a special report, “Bestway at the heart of the community”. Zameer Choudrey, Group Chief Executive said, “this document seeks to share how one man’s vision has contributed to the voluntary sector and the transformation of local communities through investments in schools, universities and hospitals at local, national & international level”.
